Renfield

Robert Montague Renfield in a self-awareness group-along with other people with psychological and relational problems-reveals that he is in a destructive relationship. He does not reveal, however, that his relationship is with none other than Count Dracula, the vampire whose servant he has been for dozens and dozens of years. Now Dracula is somewhat battered--following an attempt to eliminate him by some vampire hunters who have vainly sought a foothold in Renfield--and he is waiting for his servant to bring him victims with whom he can regain health and power. In carrying out his task, Renfield finds himself despite himself involved in a fight against a criminal gang, coming into contact in the process with the upstanding policewoman Rebecca Quincy, who has made the fight against that gang a reason for living.
