The Flash

The first cinematic stand-alone dedicated to DC Comics' scarlet speedster, "The Flash" chronicles Barry Allen's journey back in time as he tries to change certain events of the past and thus prevent the murder of his mother. However, something goes wrong and Barry discovers that he has irrevocably altered the time course of events, finding himself stuck in an alternate universe where there are no metahumans. In order to get himself out of trouble and save the new world from the terrible General Zod, the superhero will be forced to convince a decidedly different Batman than the one he remembers to return to the field and bring a mysterious imprisoned Kryptonian to safety.
