Amen

In a country cottage still in time, lives an extremely religious family, of those Christians who follow the letter of the Scriptures of the Old Testament.
The three daughters never abandoned the property out of respect, duty and under the aegis of a father and a dogmatic grandmother. They live by little: the vegetable garden and the fields allow the family to feed and trade the least during the village market. The father, Armando, has accustomed everyone to not asking for more than their due.
Sara, of the three daughters, is the oldest, the one most linked to religious studies and for this reason mystical. In harmony with the land she cultivates and in direct contact with her emotional and spiritual part, she is the favorite daughter. Esther is the most uninhibited and reactionary, she would like to see that there is beyond the valley and is in constant search of the challenge.
The religious and social education is entrusted to Grandma Paolina, who leads the little Miriam and the two sisters in a narrow and difficult Way, anticipating and wishing Salvation for the granddaughters.  The lessons are exhausting and exhausting, the painful prayers, the impositions not a few.  The common moment of Confession is perhaps the most important of the day’s activities: it closes it and preserves the aspects for which to make amends. The three sisters, in fact, are forced to reveal their every action and hidden thought. Meanwhile, a few days ago he arrived mysteriously at the cottage Primo, another grandson of Pauline.
Armando resents him, fears for contact with his daughters and uses him in the hardest jobs. He is not allowed to sleep in the house, nor to eat at the table with the family.
Because of this graft begins a heated but silent conflict between the mother and the son: Paolina is convinced she can redeem him, Armando instead would like to use his rifle and drive him away as he normally does with wolves. At the same time, the girls, for the first time, discover the face and body of a young male who, day after day, observe curiously. The feelings and decisions that the three sisters will have and will make on Primo will change their lives forever.
